"Good sound quality overall"
I’ve been using it with my phone and the audio sounds really good to me. Everything comes through clear, and I don’t have any major complaints. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid choice if sound quality matters to you.

"A little restrictive, but predictable"
I still use itunes regularly. The DRM stuff can be annoying sometimes, especially if you’re trying to play things on different devices, but I do appreciate that it’s clear about what will work where. I’m a bit cautious about losing access to purchases or having files scattered around, so having everything in one place feels safer to me. Overall, it works fine for what I need.

"Got my account back surprisingly fast"
I’ll give credit where it’s due, I got my account back quickly. Still not totally sure why it was locked in the first place, which felt a little odd, but the recovery process worked for me.

"syncing my phone was super easy"
i mostly still use itunes to sync my iphone with my laptop, and it works well for me. my music, backups, and playlists transfer without much hassle. it does take a minute to load sometimes, but it’s not a big deal. overall i’m happy with it and it does what i need.

I’ve bought a bunch of songs on iTunes over the years, and a few movies too, kind of random stuff here and there. Anyway, the downloads have always worked fine for me. Like, I don’t really think about it much, but purchases show up right away, and when I’ve switched phones I’ve been able to re-download things without a hassle. It’s not exciting or anything, but it does what it’s supposed to do. No real complaints from me

"Works okay on Windows, but feels a bit clunky"
I’ve been using it on Windows and it works about as expected, but it does freeze on me sometimes. It’s not unusable, just kind of clunky around the edges.

"Works fine where I live"
5 stars from me. Umm, itunes is available in my country, so I can buy music and movies without having to mess with weird workarounds or anything. The prices show up in my local currency too, which is convenient. The app itself isn’t perfect, but in terms of regional access, it’s been solid for me

"Downloads are fast… except when they randomly aren’t"
I use iTunes mostly for downloading music and doing backups, and most of the time the speed is good. Albums usually download fast on my Wi-Fi, so I’m not just sitting there staring at the screen forever, which is nice.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars is because every now and then it suddenly slows way down, usually at night, and I can’t really figure out why. Nothing else on my internet seems different, so it’s a little confusing, but overall it still works fine for me.

"Solid security, though it can be a little much"
I mostly use iTunes with my Apple ID, the security feels reliable. The two-factor login makes me feel better when I’m buying music or anything else, and I actually had a friend recommend keeping it turned on for that reason.
The only thing is that it can get a bit annoying when it asks me to verify again on a device I already use all the time. I know it’s there to protect my account, so I can’t complain too much, but it does slow things down sometimes.
Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. It feels safe and trustworthy, but I do think the login process could be a little smoother.

Just wanted to put this out there for anyone worried about surprise charges. I use iTunes for music and a few app payments, and so far every charge has matched exactly what I bought. I haven’t seen any random extra fees or anything sketchy. Receipts show up quickly too, which makes it easy to double-check everything. Still worth keeping an eye on your purchases, but my experience has been straightforward.

"Finally found the songs I was looking for"
I started using itunes because I was getting tired of bouncing between different places trying to find older songs and albums. it was kind of a relief once I tried it, because the library is huge and most of what I wanted was actually there.
I like that it’s not just the newest stuff either. I’ve found random older bands, soundtrack songs, and single tracks that I didn’t really want to buy a whole album for, which makes things way easier.
So far, I haven’t had much trouble finding what I’m looking for. It’s simple, has a ton of music, and saves me the hassle, so I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

I noticed a wrong charge on iTunes and figured it was going to be one of those annoying refund situations, since that’s usually how these things go. But I requested the refund, it got handled quickly, and the money was back in my account after a few days. way less hassle than I assumed it would be
